SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the impact of Covid 19- shipments being received may be delayed. Although we will do our best to ensure your order leaves our warehouse in a timely manner, our couriers are experiencing record-breaking volumes, and their performance cannot be guaranteed at this time. We appreciate your understanding! 

Products purchased through our online website ship directly from our warehouse and adhere to the following shipping policies:

  • Taylor's Tru Beauty ships worldwide.

  • Orders over $300 qualify for free USPS first class ground shipping.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Taylor's Tru Beauty unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. 

  • Orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

  • To ensure delivery to the correct address please check the shipping information before confirming the order.

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing the order, changes to the order are not guaranteed. If you need help with an order, please contact us at (470) 440-0941.

  • Taylor's Tru Beauty uses USPS and UPS for shipping methods.

  • Due to acts of nature and other issues we cannot guarantee the performance of these couriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late, or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please contact customer service at (470) 440-0941 or email info@taylorstrubeauty.com, to assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective courier.

  • Claims typically take 7-10 days business days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, as requested. If the filed claim results in a refund, we will reimburse the full amount of the item to you in the form of a credit or a refund. Shipping will not be refunded.

  • Customers shipping to other countries are responsible for paying shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Taylor's Tru Beauty is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below. 

Taylor's Tru Beauty hair extensions, luxury wigs and lashes are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with. 

Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • Order is within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Item is in its original condition and can be resold.

  • Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee. 

  • Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Taylor's Tru Beauty unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All clearance items are final sale.
